These include: point to point wired circuits on custom boards or terminal strips, precision custom wound transformers, CTS pots, special US made caps, New Old Stock and Hi-End resistors, phenolic and ceramic tube sockets, stainless steel bolts and screws, heavy duty aluminum chassis, welded corners, finger jointed solid pine cabinets, 13 ply Baltic birch baffles, comfortable padded handles, premium or NOS tubes, and your choice of almost any color and speakers. Each Blaze amp incorporates heavy duty and overrated components with neatly routed and laced wiring to insure flawless operation.

Some key features that are incorporated into all Blaze amps.
1/8" thick extruded aluminum chassis, this is the strongest chassis offered by anyone. It allows for tapped holes and any welding that may be necessary.

Chassis ends are 1/4" thick aluminum plate, welded to the chassis. Again this allows for tapping holes, welding and provides for an extreamly strong and ridged chassis.
Belton tube sockets, very high quality and mounted to the chassis with machine screws that are threaded into holes that are tapped directly into the chassis. This eliminates many nuts and makes a very sturdy connection and a clean appearance.
All Blaze amps circuit boards, weather tyrret or eyelet construction are custom made for each amp on 1/8" thick fiber board. Only high quality capacitors and resistors are used.
Although many of my amplifiers are more suited towards a studio environment, I build each amp like a tank so it can stand up to a lifetime of use and still maintain the rich tonal complexity every BLAZE amp is famous for. Each Blaze Custom Amplifier really is a custom designed labor of love, hand built and stringently tested. I build and test each client's amp one at a time, then tweak it until I feel the amp sounds exactly right. Custom means just that and I will mod any model or even make a unique custom model to fit a specific client's needs or desires.
